• 24-11-04White castle in gurnee is the worst white castle I have ever eaten from. This is my third time and it was not up to my standards and I was a manager at white castles and I know the food is always fresh and delicious. My chicken rings tasted funny and my burgers were awful

• 25-12-03The sprite is wrong, I ordered a midnight sprite and got regular but the sprite also tastes like they maybe needed to change the syrup in the machine. Very watered down and has a bad taste. The sliders and onion rings are correct and good tho! I also wasn't given a straw!!

• 23-01-22unfortunately the fries were almost uncooked? first time we have had them show up translucent and floppy. sliders were perfectly steamy and delicious tho.

• 22-09-01I ordered the Original Sliders but they sent me cheese Sliders. I have been craving the Original sliders for months and finally ordered them. My gosh, it was a huge disappointment. I don't like cheeseburgers at all.
