All in all good for White Castle. Got 15 pepper jack cheese/15 American cheese. The 15 American cheese had burnt onions that were extremely salty. The pepper jack 15 were fine. The FISH NIBBLERS CAL 320/590/1100 and CHICKEN RINGS CAL 320/470/1050 were cooked great and everything was still warm but that wait was LOOONG. I'll order again

the four regular burgers was smoked cheddar and the 17 others that was supposed to be smokedb was was regular,,, we didn't rscieve our shakes and did not recieve our brownies and our cheese fry was sloppy and the boxes was all torn apart the sirachia shrimp or what ever was hard and cripsy half full and only 3 motseralelll(

my jalapeno burgers were good, but my cheese fries were horrible. They tasted like the cheese was watered down, I couldn't even finish them and had to throw them away. normally this restaurant is pretty good though but not this time with the fries.

This food is always delicious at this location! This is the Only White Castle's I order from when I'm using delivery; And I Only order delivery of my food with door dash. The food is always nice and hot, in addition to it being nicely vaccumed sealed, packed in paper and plastic! And the delivery is super fast! Faster than me going to pick it up myself if I did have a vehicle. And then I have a dash pass so free delivery + cheaper service fee + a well deserved, and hefty tip for the driver = "GSdUbbLeA" (Great Service As Always!) #lAdYsUaVe'ndAhOUz

It took too long waiting in line for a pick up order and employee at the window was not hospitable at all. If I needed anything else he would not be able to hear me. He closed the window before I pulled off and sealed the bag so I was unable to check my order. It was not a pleasant experience at all. The employee needs better customer service skills.
