I ordered the crispy fried chicken sandwich with onion rings. The chicken was severely overcooked and I believe microwaved because the cheese was almost completely cooked. Also I received 4 onion rings which required an up charge. The onion rings were overcooked on the outside and the onion was undercooked not cooked properly

Used to have two of these restaurants in my town before the owner, apparently, didn't want to pay franchise fees anymore. Now I only get them in Statesboro as part of a monthly commute. Wish they would separate the flavors, but still the best 25 Piece Wings I've had in Georgia. Slayer is the GOAT in my opinion!

Almost always forgets to add the Hot Shots Part Deux. This has happened for pick-up and delivery orders. In store I waited over an hour after the pick-up time and on delivery it was left out completely. The salad is always hit or miss. It comes with whatever they feel like putting in it and they have forgotten the toast a few times (I’m fine without the bread but…) The burger we ordered was so greasy and the bun was soggy, the lettuce was discolored and inedible had to remove it. This order just was not good all around. Usually I love their salad and burgers.
