The best!!! Everything was so fresh, the Roasted Prime Rib French Dip was melting in my mouth! The mashed potatoes was homemade and so buttery! My husband said he would slap his momma for that sandwich! The Greek salad was amazing with sliced tenderloins added! This is our third time ordering in a week and have decided it's time we come dine in so we can thank the chef in person!!

They do blue temp! (I'd highly recommend). Perfect char on the Horseradish-Crusted Filet (10oz.) & perf blue temp it was incredible thank you! The Mushroom-Crusted Fancy Pork Chops (16oz.) were fancy and blew my mind.
The sauces/dressing they provide are well thought out and compliment each different cut.
Been a while since I've had halibut and this Macadamia Nut-Crusted Halibut didn't disappoint. The macadamia nut crust was crispy and delicious.
Honestly everything was so impressive, the fresh and quality ingredients and the prep.. it's almost like they were saying this is what do. Truly artisan level grilling even on the veggies. Wow.

Dill-Crusted Walleye was barely crusted with anything and ice cold. Maybe if it said "dill-sprinkled walleye," id be ok, but definitely not for almost 40 dollars. The Wildfire Chopped Salad is always excellent, and I come back just for that. Next time I want walleye though, I will be looking elsewhere

Quality steak, but only served with one side. Compared to other restaurants who also serve great steaks, that include multiple sides in the meal, it makes Wildfire stand out as less of a value.
