They honored my request for extra ranch, cucumbers and marinara. The chicken was juicy and the huge salad was made with fresh ingredients. Burger and cheese sticks were great too!

The flavor profile on their Country Fried Chicken is hit or miss. Today's was a little on the miss side...lacking flavor. Their icehouse queso portion size was very disappointing. It came in a small styrofoam container that was only half full. Why is it that portions are always smaller with to go meals...Yet the price is the same.

I've ordered catfish from this place twice and the pieces are bite size, like nuggets. Definitely not worth the money and I won't order anything from here anymore.

Pick Two the sauce lid was not secured and it spilled all over the order and the fried pickles had very little to no batter.
Fried Catfish the Cole slaw container lid was not secured and ruined the fries. Country Fried Steak the steak came sitting in a puddle of grease or oil on top of paper that tore when trying to eat the steak. Willie's quality has gone straight downhill in the past few months and I will re evaluate my options before placing another order from this place

Avoid the Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich, it isn't very good, something was off about it. Fries were stuff like they were sitting all day and someone over there isn't seasoning them very well Willie 's is usually on point this was my first time being disappointed by a meal from there. I would order again, but it will be a while.
Brisket Queso Blanco was waxy tasting, dip had a heaviness to it.
Mac & Cheese Brisket Balls were the only saving grace of the entire portion of my meal. Cheddar Pepper Burger was also disappointing with its portion of fries as well.
