I picked up a Mix (Dozen) of donuts from this Winchell's location and added Milk (Chocolate). The donuts were good and the milk was fresh. This location always goes above and beyond, fulfilling specific donut requests if they are in the same cost (fancy, non fancy, etc). I always request full sprinkles and chocolate because that is what keeps my kids happy. This Winchell's location has never failed me and I will continue to be a repeat customer because of it . I highly recommend this Winchell's.

The bagel wasn't anything special but for 2$ it was fine, the donuts are where the hype is! They always are so kind and give extras if you catch them at the right times!!

the "fansies" donuts were just regular donuts. I was expecting a Boston creme at the very least. Donuts are dry -do not appear to be fresh - seem like they were not made this morning.The most disappointing part is how much I paid for this disappointing order. :-(

The donuts are so fresh and some of the most fluffy and beautiful donuts I've ever seen. I will 100% order again. The portion they give is also great especially for the price.

In full transparency, my last review was five stars.
This time, I requested a Mix (Dozen) and wrote special instructions for only sprinkles to prevent kid fights. On this ocassion, l only got one sprinkle which then resulted in a fight and a disaster between kids.
Further, these donuts on this delivery were not good quality. Some were okay, a French curler was hard as a rock, and some had to be thrown out because they were hard and dry. Even my wife mentioned they seemed to be old donuts.
This experience was a shame.
