The food tasted great as always, but my Slugger burger had only ONE tiny patty on it that only covered about 75% of the bun and NO CHEESE ! (Was mostly just bun & bbq sauce) . The Southpaw didn't come with the GRILLED MUSHROOMS that I asked for and ALSO had NO CHEESE on it (was very dry). Fries were great and onion rings were fantastic!

The Buffalo tenders had zero buffalo flavor or spice, they were just orange. Burger was bland, didn't seem as if there was any seasoning in the hamburger meat. Ordered a fountain drink (listed to order on DD site) but driver was told they "don't have fountain drinks" and nothing was offered for substitution or as a refund.

The fries were touching my jalapeños and I'm the only person in the household who likes spicy food. The fries were cold & soggy and tasted like frozen fries
My burger (The Heat Check) was supposed to have Swiss cheese but there wasn't any cheese.
