This was a 10/10. Packaged well, tenders were nice and crispy. Fries had a great amount of cheese on them. Exactly what I was craving!! :)

Constantly getting wings that are swimming in a pool of grease. On top of that, my 10 Wings are never seasoned the way they are supposed to. I think it's the people that work a specific shift in the evening.

DO NOT eat here if you are involuntarily gluten free. found this breaded chicken in my fries. extremely disappointed as i was very tired & did not check before beginning to eat. the wingstop in newark shopping center consistently follows standards by regularly cleaning their fryers and separating their baskets by food type. they have fry-only fryers which makes them safe for the gluten intolerant, and ensures no random chicken nugget will be found in my food. i also tried ordering from here before, and my order was ready & visible to the dasher, yet the worker inside made eye contact with the dasher & did not give my order. i understand that it is likely standard to keep the doors closed during closing, as the store was closed, however, only enforcing standards when it is convenient is unfair to everyone, including the workers. the workers at the newark location are also very sweet, informative and friendly. my wings are also always nicely coated in sauce, and this location had multiple dry spots. picture is from after my partner tried tossing it, too. bag had no written name. the ranch is below average, and i tasted lemon juice, which is in ranch, dripping from my box of wings. whoever is multitasking that bad needs some help from a coworker or something ...
they were probably in a rush. i get it; i work in food service too where the times are stressed. i still make sure my tasks are done as correctly as possible in a timely fashion. it is possible, however, im not their manager. presence of leadership can make or break a team, and there is no evidence that a lead was on shift. a leader would take the time to make sure standards are followed, and i see no proof that was done. most importantly, i am not mad at the workers; i am mad at the world for making everyone feel like theyre in a rush. time is fake anyways; i just want my order done right. having it done wrong can cost my health. they also snuck me an extra ranch so thank you!!
tl;dr NOT allergen friendly. newark shopping center wingstop is clean & free of cross-contamination, and workers are knowledgable and friendly. this location also is inconsistent. do not go here if you care for quality.
p.s. just had my partner try the nugget & they said it was hard. it had probably been in the fryer for a while ...

Hit or miss. Normally I order from here and it's great. Today my bun was burnt and completely hard. Then I payed extra for a bigger size and still got the regular sized drink. I'm upset I spent $16 and was only able to eat the fries.
