Got a Large 10 pc Wing Combo with seasoned fries, nothing beats the feeling of pure joy I get when I eat from here. And the large ranch?? AMAZING , that's more than what I expect from an extra dollar for sauces.

Didn't have the chicken sandwich, but made it right by giving me wings as a replacement. Close to closing time and still very well-made and tasty. Package wasn't packaged quite right and made a mess for the me and the Dasher, but I had plenty of sauce no complaints from me too much.

I’ve ordered from here many times and have often paid in person rather than through the app, but this was the first time I felt disappointed.
My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 9:02, but when I checked at 9:00, it already said “time for pick up.” So, I went inside instead of waiting in my car. When I showed my order to the staff, they said it was being bagged and would be ready shortly. However, I waited another 15 minutes before they handed me a bag that had been sitting in the pickup area the whole time. I was a bit confused as to why I was told it was still being prepared when it seemed ready earlier. A quick explanation or acknowledgment of the delay would’ve been appreciated.
Additionally, my boyfriend and I always order the same flavor, but this time the Spicy Korean BBQ chicken wasn’t coated in sauce as thoroughly as usual, which was a bit disappointing.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate the hard work the staff puts in during busy times. I just hope this was a one-time issue and that future visits will be as good as my previous experiences.

Fries were old and dry not edible even and when they packaged the order they placed the large ranch on its side and it spilled all in the bag you could tell it came that way from the store it didnt happen in transit the boneless wings were overly greasy as well
