The food and workers. We have been going to WingStop on W Mason several times a week. Best fries I've ever had. All the employees have been super friendly, but I don't know their names except Talia and Jamarion (probably spelled both wrong) Those 2 are definitely assets for the company and go above and beyond every time I've been there. You're lucky to have them as employees...and I do not know them from anywhere besides WingStop

Ordered dry rub wings and they're floating in greasy puddle, bag is soaked in grease... celery is visibly dirty. Never had such a poor experience here

There were like half the wings where it was only the fried breading. They were also pretty rubbery. And, idk if this is in their seasoning, but the Seasoned Fries had a sweetness to them which was weird.

Ask for no Cajun seasoning for the fries but they still put some on other then that it's good and how hot and fresh it was. I feel like the Louisiana Voodoo Fries was less than the last time I got some other then that I would orient it again and would recommend. The other thing I would recommend is to put a sticker or something to not let them opened the lid from the soda or drink from it.

I asked for all flats and paid for it and didn't get all flats, the chicken was cold and the fries wasn't seasoned or Crispy.
