My wings were so juicy and warm. I ordered late so i truly wasnt expecting the best service just because it was 11pm. But i was so wrong. Chicken was tender and literally so juicy it truly hit the spot! Great job wing stop im a lifetime customer now!

They seriously need to change their fryer oil! The fries were dark like they were overcooked but actually they were mushy and undercooked. The chicken was very dark too, not a beautiful golden brown like Caine's, or Slim Chickens or even McDonald's. The chicken was a little tough, but I chose the longer cook time to ensure they were not too raw. The garlic parmesan flavoring was very good, the tenders were not too overdone but the boneless wings were way past overcooked. I basically threw out almost the entire large container of fries cause they were inedible. I could tell the oil was the culprit for all the issues. At a chicken place, this should be top priority. We had had issues about 15 years ago at this same location and did not come back because the service was bad and the food was undercooked. I thought DoorDash was using a different location but once I saw where the pickup was, I figured, it's been awhile, let's just give them another chance. Well, now I know not to order from them again no matter where I order from. They haven't improved with age.

I always give a 5 star review but not today.. I asked for well-done, extra seasoned fries & got the complete opposite. Not to mention theres only like 10 fries total. 3 of which are soggy, gross enormous steak fries. Super disappointed as my son & I were really looking forward to their fries - they're usually incredible! Anyways, boneless wings were also fair. 1/3 of them were like the size of popcorn & had zero meat. But the flavor of the edible ones were amazing.

Everything was perfect. Fries had no seasoning as requested. Wings were hot and fresh and crispy like I like. I ended up getting 12 wings but only ordered 6! Ftw

10piece Hot Honey rub was AMAZING! I was worried it was going to be too sweet but it was the perfect amount of sweet & spicy. 10/10 would totally recommend. And of course the French fries are second to none - best fries in the game, but only if you get them with extra fry seasoning & well done
