The fries were the best I've ever had from Wingstop!! I'm still thinking about them a week later! The hot honey rub wings are also great every time.

9/10 times no issues and my wings taste excellent. Only one time the wrong seasoning was on my wings, but they were still cooked well.
When I get my wings they are fresh and still hot. They're juicy and big wings. The fries are huge. I definitely will order again.

There was like 1/4 cup of oil in my box like they didn't let the basket rest straight out of the fryer but otherwise everything was great. Extra fry time and seasoning instructions followed. Portion as expected.

The wings had freezer burn. They were hardly cooked when I asked for extra well done they tasted bitter, which is weird cause I've never tasted the chicken being bitter, but these were bitter weren't even eatable and for what I paid for them definitely not.

I would have been more sympathetic if the entire order was incorrect as I might have thought they just had the wrong order. But the had half of the items wrong and half correct. They got the corn and fries correct. We had a 30 piece mixed wings of several varieties. We received 15 wings of one variety that we didn't order. The drink was the wrong drink. The fries and wings were just not very good. The corn was pretty good, but very small for the price. It was also very late. The poor driver waited over 45 minutes for the order. I hope they compensated him for his time. You almost have to be intentional to get this much wrong!
