This meal was incredibly authentic and delicious. It was super fresh and came piping hot. The Chicken Agda (Loubia) was the star. A tomato based stew with amazing aromatic flavors like ginger, onions, garlic. Everything merged well together, nothing tasted like it stood out (you won't notice if you say "i dont like onion") So so so so flavorful and the chicken falls off the bone. Tasted so homemade, and reminded me of my mom's Sudanese cooking. One of the best meals I have had in the city, paired well with the aromatic perfectly cooked rice with lots of cardamon flavor. The Fassolia is also so delicious - love the smooth texture. Loved it. Hearty and healthy, lightly salted. It can be ordered alone, but I wanted to pair it. The meal came with a lemony, pepper sauce and was so well balanced. This is the way it is traditionally eaten in Sudan too (hot diced peppers, lemon, chili sauce---like a better spicy Yemini fine pico de gallo relish). So thoughtful to include 2. Generous portion of bread too. Huge round chewy bread, baked in a wood fired oven for sure. 10/10. Just wow. Large portion of everything. Authentic. Can't wait to visit in person!

The food was really disappointing - the lamb seekh kebabs are not like the photos - the meat was hot but chewy, poor quality and thick cubes. The naan were hard, and overall the quality was just poor. You can tell noone is putting care and attention into it

Chicken glaba not really a curry, but rather chicken chunks with tomatoes and other spices. Thought the chicken dish wasn't that flavorful though chicken was not overcooked so this is a plus. Personally thought the herb and spice combination wasn't too tasty. Good food portion though!
