This place is always a favorite. We usually dine in, but my husband got home late. They have the best service and the best dim sum. It really is a hidden gem and we're so happy. We found this place in the IE!!
We ordered the beef chow Stir fried beef with rice noodles (beef chow fun) which is delicious, their cucumbers is a cold dish with lots of garlic, which is one of our favorites. If you don't like garlic, you won't like that dish. We love it. Everything we've tried. Here is fresh and yummy every time.

I am from the OC, my sister from Havienda Heights, we get some great Dim Sum down the hill, let me tell you, this dim sum is SO good. The Custard Bun (3 pc) is so soft and tasty! The Shrimp Dumplings ( 4 pc) and Shanghai Dumplings ( 8 pc) is so fresh and delicious thanks for being up here in the Desert!!! .

I love dim sum! The small shareable portions are wonderful but honestly I have not had anything taste bad from this place it remindsme of Tapas . Fresh hot a grou of four could easily share! Or of course lunch the next day.You must check this place out!

food was fresh, the sticky rice was so flavorful and filling, I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce on the beef roll up pancakes but they were good otherwise-- next time I'll probably just get the plain scallion pancakes, and the dumplings from here are always good.

EVERYTHING, & I mean EVERYTHING, is GREAT. Authentic Chinese food. Perfect portion sizes for you to try a little bit of everything at great prices! I order here atleast 2x a week! Lol
