This is not an isolated case. Every time we've ordered the Classic Bowl, both in store or via delivery, and requested both black beans and pinto beans in the same bowl, the store always 'forget' the pinto beans. It's frustrating, as we pay for the extra beans. It's not a complicated request.

The beef pieces in the burrito were inedible. Hard, fat chunks that I kept have to pull out of the burrito. So basically a rice wrap. overall very underwhelming
Wont be ordering from that store again any time soon

Whole Small Nachos was smothered in sauce it was really off putting couldn't get through more than a couple of bites. Ingredients for both weren't fresh. Couldn't find the chicken on the Hard Taco

Get the Big Signature Burrito all the time I'd rate it highly, but my last order the burrito I received was tiny definitely wasn't the same one I usually get.
