I orderd the chicken nachos with extras and the freshness was next level. The Casey store is the best Zambreros I've had and will pick it over the competition any day.

I ordered a classic bowl but was given such a small portion size. Huge discrepancies between different branches of zambreros. I also ordered the veggie bowl which comes with guacamole for free, I added guacamole like I always do as I like having double guacamole. They gave me the tiniest scoop of guacamole ever. Very disappointed tbh.

Don't order from this store if you're in a rush. Every single time I've ordered from here they've taken 30mins just to make/prepare the food, and have the poor driver standing there waiting for so long. The ingredients used never taste fresh either. Please do better.

i noticed that there is no option to select cheese or tomato in the kids’ meal section, or alternatively, no special instructions field available. This made it difficult to request a simple addition.
I was a bit surprised at the Casey store, as Dickson, Gungahlin, and even the Belconnen store have previously included tomato in the kids’ meal. Because of that experience, I assumed it was included in the total price. I now understand that this may have been offered as a courtesy, and I appreciate that.
I don’t want to argue over a single slice of tomato, especially during the Christmas period. I just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve consistency or ordering options in the future.

kids meal didn't even come with meat like I added and if it has cheese I can't see it. what a waste of money. Kids Quesadilla
