Really disappointed with my order today. The Big Bowl was not filled properly, there was a clear gap in the container, and it looked like much less food than what Zambrero usually serves. I’ve ordered many times before and this is definitely not the standard I’m used to. For the price, I expect consistency and a properly filled bowl.

I received the wrong drink (which isn't really a big deal) but my portion was laughably small. I ordered nachos and received a handful of chips smothered in sauce with a side of guac. Not surprised, Zambreros consistently manages to disappoint through delivery orders. I'm tempted to ask for a refund because there is no way this portion would be considered a meal.

My burrito was wrapped so badly! Super loosely wrapped so it's really hard to eat. Never had this experience before. I specifically chose a burrito for lunch because I have a new born and needed a one handed meal but this is all falling apart. Very disappointing.
