I purchased the Big Signature Bowl and opted for no rice. My bowl was less than half full, most of it being sloppy meat and very minimal lettuce and salsas. Not happy having paid $24 for this rubbish.

Bottom of the Burritos where all rice no meat nothing.. like they hadn't evenly spread the meat!
Couldn't finish, the last of it was just a rice burrito.

One such employee has repeatedly prepared the Classic Burrito to substitute for the Big Classic Burrito. A better way of defining this observation is an employee micromanaging the proportions of an item to their own standard, for whatever reason, and "skimping out" on the size and its proportions. Extremely poor reflection on the franchise. The accessibility of these food delivery and prepared food businesses and their partnerships is completely undermined when they create more trouble than they solve when they continue to suffer from such issues as these.
