I order this dish at least twice a month. It's usually filled with white meat chicken breast that is shredded and delicious. This time the meat was very dark and tasted completely different. I ate it because the mole sauce is so delicious but I miss the white chicken breast.

The food at Zapata is always exceptional and this was no exception except for the packaging. They put the quesadilla in the same container with a salad. The salad fluids on the bottom of the pan were soaked up by the bottom quesadilla and essentially made the bottom quesadilla inedible because it was soggy.

They have changed the way the chicken is prepared in this dish and it didn't taste as good as it has in the past. Well packaged.

House -Made Flan has the texture of tofu. It was not like this a year ago.
