Everytime I order at this zaxbys its always something. I ask for light ice they add extra ice, I asked for extra seasoning, they give no seasoning. The chicken and fries are usually overcooked. If you have the chance I would say pick the peters creek one over this one, not worth the trouble.

I consider myself an expert on loaded fries and the Zaxby's fries held my standard. Very good, plenty of ranch included with the delivery and the cherry on top was plenty of napkins and a fork because I'm remodeling my kitchen and that convenience was very much appreciated!! Next time I may add spring onions if available. Lots of chicken, cheese and bacon. Very good dinner! Doordash was excellent as well, delivered within 20 minutes of ordering!

Asian Zensation Zalad™ was good and the Traditional Wings - 5 with the hot honey mustard were delicious. The Crinkle Fries - Large were not fresh many were hard and appeared to be the end of a batch that had been sitting. This time ordering from Zaxbys was good but not even close to great. Basket of Texas Toast was good as well.

i got 4 french fries that were broken to make it seem like there's more and the eggrolls were overcooked.

I really enjoyed my order from ZAXBYS. The chicken fingers very tender and crispy,the fries was seasoned just right,and the peach tea was delicious 😋
