The chicken is by far the best tasting in the south and I stand on that but some times they lack on fries especially if you order extra but other than that no complaints and there's never been a time were the food wasnt fresh and hot I highly recommend zaxbys its my favorite chicken spot!

With my 3 nibblers, one of my nibbler sandwiches didn't even have a chicken strip in it...and none of them had any sauce on them!! The fries and tea were good. The one missing the chicken strip, the sandwich was filled with fries. The others were fresh just missing the sauce!! The two nibblers had a little bit of sauce but were really fresh.

The veggie egg rolls were very good, needed the sauce, didn'tget any . The shrimp was good ,but super small for $4.00 for 4. Missing some hot Zaxby sauce, my daughter wanted, sauces were missing, most food was good. Sauces could have made them better

I paid for a "large" fry but the portion size in the box seems a little small. The food is hot and fresh but the portion sizing seems off compared to what I paid.

Boneless Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal was fried too hard. I couldn't even eat them. Kickin Chicken Sandwich meal was supposed to have extra fries but it was the same amount as the other meals. None of the food was hot although the driver waited for a very long time for the pick up.
