This is not the Cobb salad I remember getting from Zaxbys in the past. Cobb with no corn!!! It was no where near the quality of a Chick-fil-a salad and the Nibblerz bun was burnt and dry. Sadly not what I expected to get.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries did not have seasoning on them, no ranch just zax sauce. barely any fries.Kickin Chicken Sandwich came with no seasoning on fries and barely any sauce on Sandwich.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich had brown sour tasting lettuce on it. The sauce was supposed to be ranch and it tasted like mayo. Tomatoes were super tiny and I didn't even see them at first. Marinade on chicken tasted weird but I'm not entirely sure why.

My fries had the taste and tech of being reheated and my quesadillas were 80%bread and one small piece of chicken

Food was ice cold the "" sauce on the boneless wings and fingers was barely present as a former Zaxbys employee. I cannot believe how far of a difference is from the Zaxbys I worked at and the Surfside Zaxbys. This is an embarrassment to the company and Sheila if you're reading this, which I hope you are, I know this is your district please for the love of God fix that store. Thank you in advance. also, I ordered Nashville hot on my fries which I paid extra for and instead I got no seasoning on my fries and by the way, those fingers in the picture were supposed to be sauced and tossed. They obviously were barely done so
