The food was very salty and the wings seem like they've been sitting out for hours. They were very hard and dried. The bread was very soggy portion is great however they only give you one size for five wings. Would I order this meal again? No what I ordered from Zaxby's again no

No crispy chicken in either of our salad. Asian Zensation Zalad™- Garden is extremely small. Totally unsatisfactory, not the same as Zaxbys in north Carolina. Need to find more food for tonight.

I normally don’t bother writing food reviews, but today I had the time — and honestly, this experience deserves it. The food tasted old, like it had been sitting out for way too long. The portion size was smaller than what you’d even get with a basic Wings & Things meal, yet I paid $20 for it. That’s beyond frustrating — it feels like getting robbed blind.
It’s safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Zaxby’s again. They must be severely understaffed or cutting corners, because this was by far my worst ordering experience through DoorDash.

Dry chicken. No sauce on the Kickin Chicken Sandwich at all. No seasoning on the fries. No side sauce. No straw or napkins. Just absolutely terrible
