I hate giving bad reviews but honestly the fries were cold and dry. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Philly Meal and it was very salty. I believe it was the cheese. The chicken had no flavor. The only thing I enjoyed was the vanilla milkshake. Sorry Zaxby's but I'm honest. It was my loss of money.

The cucumber tastes awful .. taste like it has a chemical on it. Tried to call zaxbys several times but no answer

This particular location no longer made a couple of the items we ordered. Instead of reaching out to us to offer substitutes, they allowed the driver to take the order short. Once we realized it was short, the driver offered to go back. Long story short, the store should have reached out and offered substitutions.
The staff was very cooperative and the food was good.
