I ordered a kickin chicken sandwich meal and when it arrived, it was not on Texas toast but instead a hamburger bun that was flipped upside down and this in turn makes it a smaller sandwich for the same expensive price. The sandwich also had next to no sauce on it so I basically got a chicken tender sandwich.

I don't know who they had working tonight, but everything I ordered was not right. Meaning when I usually order Zaxby's my food is cooked well and everything is perfect. But tonight my loaded fries were undercooked, I only had maybe 5 pieces of chicken on it. I asked for extra seasoning, there wasn't any seasoning on the fries at all. And normally the food would still be a good temperature when it arrives. This time it was cold I had to reheat it. And also the nibblerz had a nasty after taste. So my entire order was messed up and not satisfying at all. Oh and I didn't receive my extra Zaxby sauce I paid for. The only thing that was okay with my order was the Dr. Pepper, the reason for the one star.

Very good meal - shrimp was crispy, fries cooked well. We love the spring rolls! Order was correct, including all sauces and drinks. Great lunch!

Love the eggrolls and the Asian slaw in the salad. Been buying this same salad since Zaxby's first put it on the menu. My one complaint is that it has gone downhill in consistency in the last couple of years. I always buy from the same Zaxby's in Louisburg, NC. However, for the price, I am disappointed that the quality has not kept up. Not sure I will continue ordering it.

nothing i ordered was correct, sandwich was missing sauce and bacon (WHICH i paid extra for)large fries had about 15 fries in it, peach milk shake was vanilla
