Shrimp looks and tastes like it was fried once then sat and fried again. This particular Zaxbys food is always over cooked and looks nothing like the other two we go to between Tullahoma and Murfreesboro. When you bring it to their attention even if they made a mistake they get attitudes.

Southern Fried Shrimp Meal was old tasting. Shrimp was very old like it had been sitting for a while, French fries had almost no seasoning on it. The food quality was not worth the price I paid.

The milkshake was sour like it was old milk. I paid 2$ for extra ranch and didn't get any of the extra ranch. The bread wasn't even toasted. No bacon on the fries.

Smaller salad than normally,wilted limp
lettuce,about half as much chicken,I order
this salad frequently & I know how it should
be & this one was no where close to normal.
Appearance very unappetizing this salad
was thrown in the garbage can.I won't be
ordering again!!

Tea taste like did not have any sugar food was not fresh was over price would not order again from this location
