The food was basic. Fries some old and hard some undercooked. Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz was basically 3 tenders one was small. Was not hot when arrived the dry rub was barely pea size amount. Just not great

You all definitely did your thing.. forgot my cherries though; giggles. Overall, the chicken was nice and hot when arrived.. My order is on point!

My experience with this zaxbys was a 0/10 they just threw chicken on my fries and a little bit of ranch I did not pay 12 dollars for some loaded fries and they didnt even put nothing on them

For the second time they did not send the correct beverage. I always order half and half sweet tea and lemonade and they always always send unsweetened bland tasting tea!
