the lemon pepper seasoning that I added to my crinkle cut fries was absolutely amazing. very good idea so I'm giving props for that. no I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was good so don't take it wrong way but the chicken seemed to be a little overcooked.
I also got the chicken fingers from my cousin and he said the same thing about those; they had a burnt appeal to them. aside from that everything else was amazing!

It's literally just a sauce issue. Didn't get a ranch and didn't get a Zac sauce that was ordered WITH our food.. only the extras. So now I've paid for extra sauce to be the only sauce I have and didn't get a ranch at all since it wasn't put on as an extra sauce. I haven't put a review but this is about the 3rd time this has happened. I'm sorry

My order did not have my fries when there was suppose to be fries!! I stopped eating here because they are slacking. Very bad business.

That was the most unacceptable meal from zaxbys that we have ever had. Definitely don't recommend lemon pepper anything from this establishment. Inedible.
