My fries wasnt cooked all the way my Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce dosent have any powdered sugar waste of money they gave me the smallest tenders they had

This location is literally so lousy with the food like omg... i ask for large fries and literally just got less than a handful. i asked for extra seasoning (bc they normally dont really put any on there) and got none at all. I ordered strips and got some burnt, thin pieces of chicken. Literally everytime i order from here it looks like they just did the absolute bar minimum. even less than that. i stopped ordering from them bc i was getting annoyed then decided to try again hoping maybe they got some new workers or sumn but nope. still the same crappy food. don't wast your time or your money at this zaxbys PLEASE oh and i ordered a drink with no ice and got ice... how hard is it NOT put ice in the damn drink ?? felt like a personal attack ngl . they do make sure i get my extra sauces tho

The food is usually very good. Unfortunately this time the Traditional Wings & Things the wings were dry inside and there was barely any sauce outside. The chicken fingers were over fried but the fries and toast were fine.
The House Zalad® I always order with no cucumbers. This time the cucumbers were included making that corner of the bowl uneatable for me. The grilled chicken was somewhat cut into bite size pieces just not all of it.
Every restaurant has a bad day once in a while and although the food a bit disappointing we will eat there again.

The The Cobb Zalad® - Fried was good and they left off the cucumbers as requested, but the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries had no bacon, I mean it's in the name!, skimpy on the cheese - so little that I thought it had also been left off - so basically fries, chicken, and ranch dressing.
