very sad looking salad! not much actual salad (lettuce) and very dry almost burnt chicken! this Zaxbys is normally amazing but not today!

The meat was fried hard and the bread was burnt and the food was cold.i order from here all the time and i have never received bad food. It was bad this time

I orders the wings and things combo. Both, my boneless wings and my chicken fingers were hard as rocks .

The fries in both of our meals were soggy, cold and tasted old. Everyone always looks forward to Zaxby's fries so this was disappointing. The chicken was on point though. I did receive the wrong size drink and I paid more to upsize. I also didn't get the extra sauces that I paid for. Just disappointed with my supper in general tonight.
