I order the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries pretty often as it's come to be a comfort food- delicious as per usual. I noticed when I order through the drive thru they give you a larger portion than if you doordash though. Otherwise, Zaxby's always slaps.

I got the The Cobb Zalad® - Grilled. the lettuce was brown and wilted, cucumbers were soft, not crunchy and the tomatoes were gritty. got 1 egg and three tiny pieces of chicken. so $15 this should be better. will never order again

This is what a large fries order looks like. This is what they think $5 side order should be. Very little amount and the fries pickles were way overcooked.

They remembered all of my Extra Sauces. The Basket of Texas Toast is warm and delicious along with the Zaxby's® Signature Sandwich. I chose a different sauce for my sandwich than what usually comes with it, and they did everything correctly!

Food was good..... it's been a hot minute since I ordered from here... but the portion sizes has changed since then and they no longer have veggie sticks??? What wing/chicken places dosent serve veggie/celery sticks?? I enjoyed the egg rolls but the wings and things plate portions definitely have gotten smaller... it's like the portion of a kids at ths point so not really worth the price anymore... used to there was 8 wings, 4 tenders and two scoops of fries in the bucket and now its about half that.. which is why it felt like a kids meal than it did before.. still good food though just bummed about them no longer having celery/veggie sticks and the new portion sizes
