We had the chicken bacon ranch wrap with fries and fried pickles and it was delicious! We just drove from Michigan and we haven't eaten today.. I was very grateful that Zaxbys was still open at 10pm. The wraps were huge! Super fresh veggies too! If we were staying in the area we would definitely order again!

Low quantity of salad. Not much lettuce and this is not what I am used to concerning a ZAXBY’S salad. The fries were soggy and not at all crispy.

the food was dried out . toast was burnt and they did not dip my tenders in hot honey mustard like I specified

Ordered two 5 piece chicken tender plates and one of the plates only had 3 tenders and the other one looked like someone had ate a piece of the tender the was cold I was so disappointed with this order.

Ordered a 20 piece traditional wings with no sauce . Received burned wings , hard as a rock and the size of the wings are extremely small now . I will probably not order again. What happened zaxby ?
