I have been to other Zaxby's, but THIS one in Dickson, TN goes above and beyond ~even w/Door Dash orders! Their food is the BEST! Their service is attentive to detail. GREAT JOB Dickson ZAXBY's !!

I absolutely love the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and usually love the fries, but the last few times, the fries have been overly heavily seasoned when I only wanted the regular seasoning. I worry if I ask for no seasoning, the fries will be bland.

everything was great as always, hot and fresh despite the distance from my house, plenty of food, and the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce are the best desert ever. definitely gonna order again.

missing a strip on my "6 pc" meal. only got 5, and asked for no ice on all the drinks, but still filled to the rim with ice, and once again, no fork for cole slaw!

I would absolutely order again. the freshness of the food is good. the portion sizes are a bit weird. and I dislike how they charge for extra dippin sauce. also it's like $11 for 5 Chicken Fingerz™ - 5
