Every was right and hot! Chicken a bit on the small side but it was still good. My only complaint is the fries were super salty like I couldnt eat them too salty! Thats why I took one star off

They never make sure they give you the right amount of chicken based on the plate you order. If I ordered a six count that's what I expect to get. The food is usually good quality but I hate that no one in the store knows how to count. None of my drinks were labeled and that always happens also. It's hard to look at the drinks and tell what is what when Dr Pepper root beer and coke are all the same color.

zaxby's did not put any sauces that I had ordered in the bag and when I called they said I had to get a dasher to pick up what was missing.That costs more money.

Overall, the food was underwhelming. The fries were good, however the fried chicken in both salads was overcooked and the egg roll included with the Fried Asian Zensation Zalad was burnt.
