Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and was disappointed. The fries were not even the crinkle cut that Zaxby's uses. The cheese was not melted, the fries were overcooked and there was very little chicken or bacon. I had asked for regular Zax sauce on the side and they dumped it on top of the food. It was also not regular zax sauce, but spicy instead.

I ordered the Asian Zensation Zalad™ - Fried for my wife and she loved it. She ate it for lunch at work and she says it's filling but not too much. She also loves the Fried Cheesecake Bites with Strawberry Sauce. Thank you

paid for extra sweet and spicy sauce for my salad and I didn't get it, nor was it on my salad. However, our bag looked as though 2 or 3 sauces were poured out into the bag covering everything we touched. Fries were overcooked as well. Not our usual Zaxbys experience.

i absolutely loves the new sauce combo I went with it was so good, the fries were very fresh and portions were good alot. I would absolutely order this again.
