• 26-07-19Fries were unseasoned and soggy ,my bread was stale on not just my kickn sandwich ,but stale with my basket of toast and my zax meal.

• 25-03-18Fries and Chicken Finger Plate - 6 Fingerz were over cooked. The strips were dry and dark, as if fried in old oil or dbl dropped for a reheat. Best thing was the Basket of Texas Toast! Zaxby signature sauce tastes like salty mayo. And cole slaw was dry, as if dished straight out of a bag.

• 25-10-11Worst sweet tea I've ever had. The chicken was okay but lacked much lemon pepper seasoning. This is normally really good I'm not sure what happened.
