I ordered a gallon of SWEET tea. You sent me UNSWEETENED! It's amazing NO one wants to fix their mistakes! So I reordered just a gallon of SWEET tea. It cost me $21!!! And it was UNSWEETENED again!!! You kept your phone OFF the hook because I tried calling 23 times. I will NEVER order Zaby's again!!!!

We order Zaxby’s thru Door Dash at least 2times a week. The grilled chicken sandwich was tough & had barely any ranch sauce on both sandwiches. The fries were old, overcooked & cold. The past 3 times they have left off one of our drinks. Absolutely the WORST experience we have had. Also the cookies tasted store bought! One was only half there!!
