We ordered on the 16th, and it was fantastic. We ordered this evening for us and our guests, nearly a $75. dollar order and was really disappointed. Fries had no seasoning, and sandwiches were dry. There were hardly no peppers, and the grilled chicken was dry. Not at all like what we normally get from you guys. It's always been good until this evening.

Terrible Cobb salad always before looked good wit salad parts this time mostly crumbles in salad alittle lettuce carrots fe chicken terrible terrible made real fast and sloppy referred getting Cobb salad!!!!

The Loaded Fries were tasty but light in toppings. I was halfway through before I got the first chip of crumbled bacon. And the ranch dressing was nonexistent. I expected more for a $10 order of loaded fries.

The Crinkle Fries - Large were not done - cold and hard in the middle. The 10 Sauced Chicken Fingerz™ were over done.
To be fair we did order about 15 minutes before closing time but the meal cost around $40 so it shouldn't be too much to expect for it to be reasonably good.
To give credit where credit is due, they did get the sauces right.

Terrible customer service every time I go here. Very rude women working the window and front. To add, my fries are old & chicken not hot. They open at 10:30 & I ordered my food at 11. No reason the food should taste like it's been sitting out for a couple hours already. I do NOT recommend this store.
