worse Zaxby's meal ever! $20 for 10 dried up, over cooked,shriveled, tiny wings. chicken jerky. and the shrimp were basically $1 each for popcorn shrimp. never again. not that zaxby's. Just gross and disappointing.

The Asian Zensation Wrap was very large and filled up nicely. The seasoned fries that came with it were good too. The Asian Zensation Zalad™was large enough for two. The Fried Pickles are a personal favorite of mine, best in the area. The Drink has the good tiny ice it! Overall this meal was great. Family enjoyed it. Came hot and fresh,will definitely order again.

It was supposed to be a six piece meal, but it was five pieces and two very small bits. They were very overcooked as well. Also, the fries were horribly undercooked. The amount of coleslaw was laughable. It was only about two forksful.

Each time I order zaxbys and ask for extra fries I feel like im being scammed out of my money. This is the same amount of fries they would put in a regular plate whether it's 4,5, or 6. Have to do better.

Horribly overpriced place for the kind of food they serve. I don't normally ever complain or make a review as I am now as I usually like to read them instead and rather not bother, but I have a lot to say about my garbage experience with buying food from this place. First of all, the crinkle cut fries are horrible, like probably the worst I've ever had from any fast food place and especially the loaded ones for the price. Comparing fast food places, I'd rather order from like Chick-fil-A or KFC for better chicken meals and such because Zaxby's honestly has the quality of a mid McDonald's or average Burger King with the price of Chick-fil-A. Like $10 for a small plate of loaded fries? Really? The loaded fries were missing the sauce as well while just being in a poor state after opening the box, and they just taste like frozen Great Value brand crinkle cut fries being very soggy, bland and grainy. At least the Chicken Sandwich meal was good, but again, the crinkle cut fries suck so much, and the meal being like $11 for a sandwich, drink, and fries just makes regret spending any money at all. The boneless wings were pretty good all things considered and didn't feel that overpriced but the overall experience from Zaxby's has just put me off especially since I spent $33.27 total after fees, taxes, tips and such and that was including an offer that took off $5-6. This was my second time ordering from this place and thought I was unlucky and had just one bad experience from prior but I can say for sure now that your money is most definitely not worth spending here period. The only saving grace I can see for coming to Zaxby's is that their signature sauce is honestly really good, but if you're a fanatic for it, you probably can just find a copycat recipe and make it yourself because paying $0.33 per sauce container is wack. Just go to KFC honestly, especially if you're in the Ormond Beach/Daytona Beach area. It's so much better if you're looking for amazing reasonably priced chicken. (Just go get a 5 piece tender box with the 2 sides being fries and get yourself some honey mustard sauce). Or Chick-fil-A. Or Popeyes. Or if you're feeling like eating damn good pizza, then go get carryout Domino's and get yourself a large pizza with 3 toppings, then put 9174 as a code to save yourself 40%. If you like eating good fast food at a good price, just go literally anywhere else. Just please don't waste your money here.
