• 26-05-05my chicken bacon ranch fries had no ranch and the cheese was cold and unmelted. i was very sad.
the milkshake is a good size and good flavor and was still frozen!

• 25-09-23Ordered the 2 of the 4 finger plates with fries and extra fries instead of bread, l both frys was supposed to have extra seasoning and we both got a small fry with toast that was barely toasted at all
. Food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Very disappointed this go around.

• 24-09-07the food for me was a little too salty .I was ordering extra coleslaw along with the fries didn't get no fries in other words with my order I was ordering extra coleslaw oh well overall it was all right but as I was saying a little too salty on the chicken fingers

• 25-09-16No sauce despite ordering extra and the fries weren't large. It also arrived cold, but I don't think that was necessarily Zaxby's fault
