Terrible company, WHY is my large fry for $3.94 *before taxes coming in a tiny bread box??? i ordered a Crinkle Fries - Large because i have 4 other mouths to eat fries with???? this is ridiculous and im never ordering zaxbys ever again, im northern so its very easy. I shared a photo of what a LARGE fry from Zaxbys should look like compared to the SMALL box my fries came in.

Typically this salad is amazing. Yesterday it was awful! There was hardly any lettuce! And very little chicken. This place needs to monitor the takeout better. These salads are expensive and I expect better from here!

The past two times I have ordered here I have paid extra for sauces that I did not receive. Not only that but I got no sauce with my combo to begin with, fries had no seasoning, didn't get a straw with my drink, and my drink was completely wrong BOTH TIMES. absolutely asinine. This is unbelievable. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Pathetic

The items are just bad quality. ATLEAST when it's delivered. Not sure how they'd be if I was eating in the restaurant. Portions are small. It's sorta fresh? McDonald's does better. And I would not order again, waste of money. Especially when it comes to doordashing.
