Well, the fry basket was less than half full. The chicken fingerz were more like nuggets. One bite and you were done. The wings were the same. I paid $70 for 3 meals and it wasn't a meal. It was a snack. I could've had a steak dinner for the same price. Zaxby's has lost my business!! Sad!!

I attempted to surprise my husband for lunch with lemon pepper Traditional Wings Meal. But it was ruined by Zaxbys. Because the wings didn't have seasoning.the manager tried to say they don't season their fries. But there is an option for it. She really wasn't interested in making things right. Audrey told me to contact doordash for the refund.

I ordered 4pc chicken finger plate, and I only received 2 chicken fingers. The ones I received were ripped up. I will not be ordering from here again.

That will be the last time I ever ordered from them the 6 chicken fingers were about the size of about an inch and a 1/2 And the fries that I got were so undercooked that they were still cold in the center The large Coke that I ordered had no CO 2 and it was like literally trying to drink syrup this is the 2nd time in a week and a 1/2 that I have ordered from there thinking if I order again and I order something different maybe I'll have a different experience I did not they are incredibly overpriced for beyond lower than mediocre food

my sauce was dry like it had been in there for 2 days, they had no sauce like somebody had licked em, then they gave me little to no fire with no seasoning and i asked for a frozen strawberry and i got a regular lemonade
