i tried this for the first time the other day and LORDY they are one of my new favorites. chicken is literally perfect, i freaking love the zak sauce, it smelled like ketchup tbh😭😭 fries go hard, not too salty and perfectly crispy. 10/10 fr

Sometimes, the chicken is excellent from here. However, it sometimes feels like they package the old, dry and hard left over chicken to send out. It used to be consistently good, but now it seems to be more like a 50/50 chance of really bad chicken and really good chicken.

The portion sizes are tiny. I am glad I didn't get child size. The eight boneless wings "meal" is more like a popcorn chicken snack. I love crinkle fries but these just weren't that great and there wasn't enough to call it a side, IMHO. The only real reason I decided to try this place is the very tiny funnel cake. I did not know that they made funnels this small. And to add insult to injury, the prices for what I got are outrageous. Maybe if the food was five star but it's not. I should have gotten food from the golden arches. At least, I wouldn't still be hungry. I don't see myself having Zaxby's ever again. I will make my own funnel cake.

the Texas toast ..was awful I only got two and it was supposed to be like six the pickles was really cold and blane and I ordered 10 chicken strips and I lay got 4 and they was greasy and the ends was burt and hard ....I think for now on I'll go and get my own food

My biggest pet peeve about this store was that they didn't fill up the Extra Sauce all the way. I used to have to combine 3-4 cups to get one full cup. But on the order, the cups were FULL! My biggest gripe was solved. I hope this continues in the future
