Delicious food! Big portions! Very tasty and always fresh out the oven! We always buy food from Zeitoon and we have tried different dishes from here! All of them are so good! Vaziri kabab is my favorite! Loobiya Polo was delicious! Kashk Bademjoon is very tasty! The quality and portion of the food is worth the price ( and actually it's cheaper than most of the other places!) GIVE IT A TRY and thank me later!

I recently had a delightful lunch at this place. They served enormous portions of fresh beef, which was deliciously served. I’ll definitely be dining in next time because of the unique Persian style rags (Kaleen) sitting arrangement inside.

Amazing food that's always consistent and comes without the guilt of buying from a big chain store. The grilled vegetables and amazing rice pair excellently with their perfectly cooked kabobs.

I asked for butter on the side and they adjusted my order total up by $5.84 for 2 tiny sides of packaged butter like everyone else gives you for free

Never had kabobs this delicious in my life, or as far as I can remember. Amazing taste, portion, flavor, freshness, like I don't know how to describe it. It was soooooo sooooo good.
