One of my favorite restaurants in the city! I LOVE how they packaged my order for delivery. The food is always delicious and fresh. The chicken Dumplings Soup is so good! This was my first time trying the Okonomiyaki and it was sooo delicious! I ate it before I got a picture of it lol, but it looks EXACTLY as advertised in the photos. 10/10!

I've visited Restaurant twice and had a truly delightful experience. Ordered online thru DoorDash today. Thai coconut curry and
Edamame. Both delectable. Delivered promptly with care. I also like plastic delivery containers as opposed to styrofoam! The order was packed into a lively logo bag! Love Zen Cha! Highly recommend! (as pictured)

ZenCha has been my favorite restaurant in columbus ever since i first discovered it many years ago, but this is my first time ordering their food though doordash. i'm not surprised to see that a lot of care clearly goes into packaging.
the food's taste and quality is just as delicious and consistent as any time i've visited in person. my hot food and drinks were both packaged carefully as stayed hot through their delivery. you can tell visual presentation isnt an afterthought. my food came secure in a branded tote that is sturdy enough to reuse and nothing looks/feels flimsy. the portion sizes seem to be the same as ordering in-house as well.
the Tuna Avocado Sandwich is my favorite thing on the menu and is always a standout. i tried the Thai coconut curry for the first time and was not disappointed. the teas are always delicious as well and the Coconut Chai is no exception. i love dining in the restaurant but following this experience i can say their take-out game is also top notch.

The Noodle Soup is one of my all-time favorite soups in the city, and one of the best vegan soups I've ever had. ZenCha always over-delivers on their food, the flavor, packaging, amount of food you get and ingredient quality all make the price more than worth it. I order this regularly, especially when I need some feel good food. And it tastes just as magical everytime.
Staff care and attention to detail also goes above and beyond. I forgot to specify vegan milk on my tea order once but they noticed my rest of my order was vegan, so made sure to package the dairy milk separately just to be safe. That's amazing customer service. Love ZenCha!

The cheesecake wasn't really worth the price of 18$ but it was pretty good. The flavors you get is one slice of New York plain cheesecake, Oreo and a small round slice of peanut butter and chocolate. (Which is my fave). I also had the pearl bubble black tea and it wasn't really sweet which I also liked as well
