Ever since they opened zoup is a go to for quality comfort in a bowl. I can't say it'll be true for everyone but for me they rarely miss and when they do it's because they didn't make enough of something lol. Best lobster bisque in Quincy.

Ordered a footlong NEW! Black & Bleu Steak Sandwich , got a tiny 4 inch sandwich for $15. Did not get bread with the soup and no utensils. Very disappointed.

The Mac and cheese is horrible. It's freezer burnt and not the same anymore. I didn't get any baguettes (that come with the meals) and I paid for extra ones. Very disappointed in the inconsistency of a place I used to work at and love.

forgot the bread for the chicken noodle soup, no spoons, they put the cookie in the bag next to the soup which kinda melted it. Good tasting food but a little pricey and overall not the greatest dinning experience.

The Mac and cheese was really good.
The classic grilled cheese sandwich. It would be a lot better if there were more than one piece of cheese that hardly covers the bread. It was kind of like eating buttered bread.
