I don't know if it was a restaurant's fault for poor packaging or the Dasher's fault for being reckless but after that one mistake where we received our order with basically no broth every single order has been packaged with so much care and been so incredibly tasty and consistent but like this has elevated Zutto to my favorite Ramen place in New York City.

Our last order was poorly, packed and resulted in almost all of the broth being lost and DoorDash handled that appropriately. We tried this place again and I am so excited that it was so carefully packaged and everything came to us hot and fresh absolutely delicious (like we're used to) and it was a really great Ramen experience the day after Valentine's Day. 😍

No soy flavor added to the wings, over fried and dry. Disgusting. Last time I'll order these.
Karaage chicken was not good quality meat - usually this is a really good app. You guys are not making consistently good food anymore. It's hit or miss.

Got two orders of crispy rice and there's barely any Crispy Spicy Tuna (5PC) tuna on it. I want my money back.
