What if the drugstore/pharmacy item I want is not available in store?

Accepted Answer

If the drugstore item is not available, your Dasher will refer to the substitutions 
 that you specify in-app or will contact you directly to find a replacement item to your liking. 
 If there are no suitable alternatives, you will be refunded for that item. If you no longer wish to complete the order, you may also cancel your order 
 and be refunded for the entire order amount (excluding tip).

What drugstore/pharmacy items can I order through DoorDash delivery?

Accepted Answer

DoorDash offers a wide selection of drugstore items, including medicine, bandages, vitamins and supplements, 
 snacks, pantry items, dairy & eggs, snacks, fresh food and more from popular stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, Maxi and Rexall in your area.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time for my drugstore/pharmacy order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can schedule a delivery time that works best for you. During the checkout process, you'll have 
 the option to choose a convenient delivery window, and we'll make sure your grocery delivery arrives at your preferred time.
