Instructions for Use: Plastic cutting boards, over a period of time, may develop grooves from the knife blade that can harbor bacteria. Soak board in a solution of 1 teaspoon (5ml) of chlorine bleach per 1 quart (1 liter) of water for 30 minutes to thoroughly sanitize the board. Wash before use.
