Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo chicken. patty was ridiculously over cooked and the tomatoes were slimy and obviously not fresh. I didn't receive the ranch that was supposed to go with my curly fries and stuffed jalapeños.

Tacos paid for extra cheese didn't get. No lettuc or sauce on tacos. Paid for 2 cheesecakes only got one. Service and quality from this store is very hit and miss

nasty burger and fries. i didnt even get vegetables in my burger! i just got the meat and the buns.the fries were salty and stiff. paid for sauce but never got any

The burger was excellent. Unfortunately, the fries were barely warm and unseasoned. They forgot my fry sauce and didn't give me any napkins.
